Hi Matt,
Just looking over your web site from a link from myprotein and was wondering if you are thinking of opening up the site to a members only subscription in line with some mens/womens health magazine prices. I find these magazines can be confusing, contradictory, and full of unwanted ads. What I need are facts. I’m no spring chicken (42) and need good, impartial advice. My main sport these days is Taekwon-Do. I also do some gym (garage at home)work for strength & conditioning and try to get out for a weekly run of 3-5miles. I do other sports too, skiing, mountain biking, squash as and when I can.

Hi Matt, I stumbled across Ben Dirs blog following the Four Week Fat Loss Program on the Beeb and thought I would give it a go too. I notice that the supplements you have on your site cannot be shipped to mainland Europe. Is there any chance you could add that service with increased postage?

Hi mate, yes we can do that for you – whereabouts are you based?

send me what you need to the information email address I’ll get it priced up for you.

Hi, Matt

Im currently in my 3rd year of studying nutrition, health and lifestyle at uni and i am wanting to go down the route of sports nutrition, but dont really know where to start. The field of work youre involved in really interests me and you seem to be one of the leading sports nutriotionist at the moment.
I was just wondering what youre job actually entails and what qualitys/skills you feel you need to have to become a sucessful sports nutritionist like yourself?

Any reply would be much appreciated.

it’s weird as nutrition is a truly humbling profession – I never think I know enough – but i’ve been lucky along the way and also worked hard at tryign to find out what works and what doesnt.

good luck with your career.
