I’m a 59 year old woman and I had my first child forty years ago. I’ve always struggled with my weight and on occasions I’ve been 20-30 lbs heavier than I am now. I’ve always enjoyed being active. For the past ten years I have done a 3 mile walk every morning before breakfast. Cycling in Oxford, UK is my mode of transport. I completed the Trailwalker Gurkha Challenge for Oxfam – walking 100 km in under 30 hrs. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, cycled round France and Ireland, walked the Pennine Way but I’ve never been able to shift the extra weight. Over the years I’ve tried other plans including those electrodes you attach to your belly and lie there dreaming that the fat will melt away. I’ve tried food combining which gave me more energy but was a real hassle to stick with. With Matt’s Four Week Fatloss Plan I lost 9lbs in 2 weeks and I’ve carried on, modifying Matt’s approach to suit me, and have now lost 21 lbs in total. I weigh 9 st 10 lbs, only a few pounds more than when I was 19. I have a clear understanding of WHAT I eat, the importance of WHEN to eat and WHEN to exercise. I rarely get hungry and don’t feel guilty when I indulge myself with a slice of pavlova because I am now in control and can make the necessary adjustments to allow for the occasional treat. Bliss! It’s been 6 months since I started and my weight has stabilised at a level I am very happy with. I feel liberated, fit and healthy – I’ve even entered a triathlon to celebrate my 60th birthday this year Thanks Matt!!!! Penny Bassett |

I would only get into something if you love it – if that’s the case then the money should take care of itself.
For comparison you can look at other careers like osteopathy.
Hi Matt,
To be honest with you, I really just wanted to know about the salaries of a sports nutritionist, working at the highest level, like you I guess! A career in sports nutrition interests me, but I do believe that with the cost of living rsing all the time, a job with high earning potential is required. Does being a sports nutritionist meet this requirement?
Your feedback will be very much appreciated.
Thank you
Dylan
yes you can go to the supermarket on day one and get a 6 pack of stella!
seriously though we could offer this but we’d be lying unless we knew your starting body fat – if you are a fat dude then no way, you”d need 6 months or more, if you are quite lean say 15% or less then yes, we could guarantee a six pack if you do exactly what we tell you to do.
I’m off to get the stella…..:)
I am looking for a 6 pack in 6 weeks programme. DO you offer this?
Chalkie.
