Matt
Guide is a good starter for what I need to think about, a couple of your don’t are things that I do, so clearly the full guide will be something good for me.
Will be interesting if you could give examples of straight forward meals that I could make up before travel, as I often travel from 10.30am arriving at grounds around 12 noon. (for 3 pm kick off)
If your book gives examples of all day eating plans for evening kick offs it would also be good….
Many thanks
