Sports Nutrition Supplements
There are literaly millions of nutritional supplements that are available to purchase from tens of thousands of suppliers.
It’s a potential minefield trying to work out which is the best one for you. The first point to look at before you consider a nutritional supplemention program is to ensure that you are eating clean and your diet is not full of fast food and lots of processed carbohydrates.
A nutritional supplementation program can and will improve your performance but it needs to be built on the solid foundations of a good clean diet. There are 2 resources that I recommend John Berardi has a program called Precision Nutrition and I have my own Fat Loss program that has a lot of recipe ideas and tips for eating well.
I’ve also produced a free document that you can download that details the Four Pillars that every sports nutrition supplement program should be built on. Just in case you are wondering what the four pillars are they are a quality Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Anti Oxidant and Joint Support.
If you’ve got any questions about different supplements and wheter they are good value for money then I’ll answer them for you. I won’t be able to comment on specific brands.
But you might ask something like
Is there any reason I should not be using creatine
or
Can you recommend a supplier of fish oils.
Ask me your supplement questions here.
