Sounds like a great book, I love that you incorporate exercises in the book to help the fat loss process.

Does this cover vegetarian eating plans – having a hard time trying to find any plan that covers different dietry needs. Being veggie I am fairly food aware but still heavier than I want to be and now the exercise regime is in full mode I also want to maximise the exercise benefit – most plans trot out the old chicken & oily fish mantra but I dont eat those!

yes mate, have a look through the forums there’s plenty of scope for veggies –

eggs, low fat dairy, whey, flax for essentials and so on.
