Personal strength and conditioning training in Clapham
Posted by: | CommentsI just wanted to introduce Rich Tidmarsh we met up last week.
We were introduced through James Haskell the England Rugby player as Rich is his strength and conditioning coach and Personal Trainer Clapham .
Have a look at his gym and the latest session he has put Haskell through, it looks like a lot of fun and the gym looks top drawer.
You don’t have to be a rugby star to train with Rich so if you can get to Clapham to train it would definately be a good return on your investment as he knows his stuff.
He’s put together an introductory package of 15% of any membership if you quote ‘LOVELL’
