Ok so I’m a bit biased about this book as I did write it.

Everyone knows at least one person who loves a good recipe book.

Why not get them a copy of this one I’ve got a couple of Performance related books that Sports Psychologist  Mark Bellamy has recommended. I work closely with Mark with the UK athletes at Loughborough.
