Recipe – Cauliflower Mash – favorite fatloss vegetable

This is a great recipe, what I like most about it is that Gavin learnt this from me, I think I got it from my sister.

Gavin’s adapted it and now uses it as a base for a number of different recipes.

Cauliflower is regularly found at the top of the Super Food Lists. If you are training hard then you need some Cauli, if fat loss is your goal then you definitely need to add this meal to your repertoire.
