Confusing healthy eating and weight loss advice

Just because a food is touted as HEALTHY doesn’t mean that you

should be eating it if you want to lose weight.

Yesterday I had a client say…“Eating Brown Rice, Brown Pasta and Brown Bread is ok if I want to lose weight”

It’s always good speaking 1-1 with a client as I often uncover simple switches to make that accelerate weight loss goals.

If you eat SMALL portions of the above foods then
sure you can eat them and still lose weight.

You can lose weight only eating MARS BARS but you need to eat the right amount of them

The main issue with the brown foods above when it comes to FAT LOSS is that they are STILL VERY DENSE IN CALORIESThere is little to no difference in total calories between white and brown options.

Brown foods are less proccessed and contain more fibre but calorifically they are pretty much the same.
THE ALTERNATIVE TO BROWN FOODS FOR FAT LOSS
vegetables like…
broccoli
cauliflower
asparagus
cabbage
brussel sprouts
spinach
courgettes.
In Four Week Fat Loss we teach you how you can still eat the family favorites like BOLOGNAISE, CHILLI CON CARE, CURRY, and STEW by switching energy dense carbs for MOUNTAINS of veg. You’ll feel fuller and you’ll be healthier as veg has more fibre, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants than rice, bread and pasta

There are lots of creative ways that you can prepare these vegetables to make them more interesting to eat have you tried cauliflower rice or courgette spaghetti yet?Best regards

Matt and Gavin
