Power porridge


This morning there was definitely a chill in the air. Out came the jumbo rolled porridge oats, filtered alkaline water, 2 tsp of cinammon, raisins and dried blueberries as I’d planned a naughty circuit on the way to work that morning. Power porridge always a favorite and one recipe I’ve noticed is eaten by some of the leanest people I work with.
