Plan Ahead

  • Failure to plan ahead can lead to difficulty in choosing the correct foods and snacks.  It’s a common mistake and will often dictate the success or failure of a dietary strategy.
  • Ultimately failure to plan ahead may become a source of stress as it can in so many other areas of life.
  • Take the time to plan your nutrition and hopefully it will not become a headache.
  • Creating new eating habits should not be a matter of will power, it is rather a matter of developing new skill which over time will become like second nature.
