Burgers cant be choosers
ByVenison burgers with mushroom and chilli sauce! Awesome. Venison’s a decent choice of sustainable and generally wild grass fed meat. Low in fat and high in nutrients it’s a poor mans grass fed beef. Remember we are what we eat. Not just that we are what we eat, ate. Grain fed meats tend to have a very poor omega 3:6 ratio. Its around 1:20 3:6. Grass fed comes in at a decent 1:3. If you want your omegas tested go to adrenaltest.co.uk.

Matt
What is your view on supermarket mince beef (I tend to eat it fairly regularly)? Is mince lamb a better alternative?

hi buddy it’ll be grain fed for sure – but I do use lean organic mince – once weekly as part of a balanced intake of proteins.
good idea also to mix it up with lamb / pork but these are high fat meats. you can pour some fat off whilst cooking with these foods and with burgers, grill these and it’ll drip off.
