Shopping tips
ByI was with an athlete this week who’d done well on their body composition. On questioning he mentioned no changes other than shopping according to recipes – so basically shopping with a plan of what to eat for the week, meals, snacks and so on.
By doing this you effectively cut down on waste – throwing less food away is good for the environment and for your pocket. In addition to this there would be no food superfluous to needs – so snacking on the wrongs foods and excess food outside of your meals and snacks would drop down.
A simple tip to save you money, time, and drop your body fat %.
It doesn’t work if you go to the super market hungry though – big mistake that one.
